1.1 - Prices are shown in canadian dollars
 
1.2 - If you wish to import cosmetic products to another country than Canada, you agree to the federal laws that apply on the importation of goods. Vogue Passion will not be responsible for any duty fee that would occur on the importation. These extra fees are out of control from Vogue Passion. We suggest you to inform yourself at your federal department to know the fees on the importation of cosmetic products.
 
1.3 – Vogue Passion may modify prices at any time without any warning. Orders that are passed before the change of the prices will be factured to the prices they were shown when you bought the products.
 
2- Order
You admit to be 18 years old or older when you order on http://voguepassion.net.
Orders are close as soon as the payment is accepted. No change can be made after you placed the order without contacting Vogue Passion. If the products are shipped, it will be impossible to change anything in the order. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
 
Vogue Passion has the right to cancel or to refuse any order from a customer.
  
 
3 - Disponibilité
 
To better serve our customers, the majority of our products are in stock. Perhaps, there may be some products that are out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to inform you about the delay and we agree on a full refund if the delay is longer than a week. Our products are sold in limited quantity. We may be unable to get some products that you will see on www.voguepassion.net

4- Delivery

All of our products are shipped in North America. For a delivery out of this zone, please contact us prior to placing an order.
 
Delivery fees will vary from the weight and from the total amount of the order.
For orders less than 20$, shipping will not include a tracking number and will be shipped by regular post. If you would prefer to have a tracking number, please contact us prior to placing your order. For orders of 20$ and over, you might have a tracking number depending on the service you select when you place the order.

6 - Conformity of the products

Vogue Passion assures you the quality of the product you will receive. If the product is damaged when you received it, we engaged ourselves to credit you or to replace the product at our own charge. If you receive the wrong product, we also engaged ourselves to replace the products at our costs. We will ask you to send the product back at our warehouse then we will ship you the right product. Do not send any product to our warehouse without contacting Vogue Passion.

 
7 - Refund

In the case of a refund accorded by Vogue Passion, it will be done between 30 days by check or onto the credit card that you have paid for. Vogue Passion does not authorize refund for a product any of these reasons :

 1- The customer does not like the product.

 2- The customer changed his mind after placing the order.

 3- The customer found something cheaper.

9 - Responsability

 

The customer must inform himself about the importation of goods in its country, Vogue Passion will not be held responsible for any fees out of product and shipping amount charged on its website.
